Nicholas J. Pavlakovich has been with the Denver office of Cushman & Wakefield of Colorado (previously Cushman Realty Corporation) since 1990. Mr. Pavlakovich has more than 35 years of commercial real estate experience, specializing in office leasing. Mr. Pavlakovich has successfully negotiated transactions totaling in excess of 30 million square feet and totaling over $6 billion over his career and has been the #1 Office Broker in the Denver Office 16 out of the last 20 years.

Mr. Pavlakovich holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
Mr. Pavlakovich is a former board member of the March of Dimes and a former committee member for the Budget and Finance Committee for Regis Jesuit High School. He currently serves on the Investment Committee for Regis Jesuit High School.
