01 The Opportunity
205 Quarry Park Blvd SE, called the Jacobs Engineering Building, is an award-winning four-storey, 356,020 square foot office building is one of the finest Class “A” suburban office buildings in Calgary. 100% occupied on a long-term lease with Jacobs Engineering and Canadian Tire Corporation, the building is situated on a 22.12 acre site with the extensive parking capacity of five stalls per 1,000 sf of leasable area.
02 Our Approach
Our team was tasked with filling the 105,000 sf vacancy due to a lease termination of a full floor by Jacobs Engineering. Through a marketing effort, and by taking advantage of the fact the floorplate is the single largest in the city, this team was able to attract Canadian Tire Corporation to the building and become the co-anchor with Jacobs Engineering. The Canadian Tire Corporation also took an additional 115,000 sf on a sublease.

To date, 205 Quarry Park Blvd. SE is now 100% leased.
