Frank is als partner medeverantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse gang van zaken van de serviceline Real Estate Strategy & Innovation en is binnen Cushman & Wakefield Lead Public Sector. Binnen de serviceline richt hij zich met name op Market Intelligence. Als gastdocent geeft hij daarnaast college op de Amsterdam School of Real Estate. Frank heeft meer dan 15 jaar werkervaring, won in 2014 de Vastgoedmarkt Young Talent Award en is binnen Cushman & Wakefield ruim 10 jaar verantwoordelijk geweest voor de afdeling Research & Insight. 

De door Frank opgedane kennis en (data)kunde wordt nu exclusief voor opdrachtgevers ingezet. Daarbij is het doel hen data-gedreven inzichten te bieden, aan de hand van Market Intelligence tools en analyses, zodat zij goed onderbouwd en data-gedreven vastgoedbeslissingen kunnen nemen. Frank adviseert beleggers, gebruikers, overheden, ontwikkelaars en financiers.
