Willemijn is Research Consultant binnen de service line Real Estate Strategy & Innovation. In maart 2020 begon Willemijn als afstudeerstagiaire binnen het Research Team. Met haar scriptie over het effect van agglomeratiefactoren op kantoorhuren in Nederland, behaalde zij haar Master Economic Geography, waarna zij begon bij Cushman & Wakefield in haar huidige rol.

Willemijn houdt zich dagelijks bezig met zowel interne als externe vastgoed gerelateerde vraagstukken, die zij door middel van onze data beantwoordt. Hierbij richt zij zich voornamelijk op marktanalyses die de vastgoeddynamiek van een bepaalde doelgroep en/of sector duiden.
