Cushman & Wakefield (NYSE: CWK), a leading global real estate services firm, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mika Kania as the Head of Sustainability Advisory for Asia Pacific.
In her new role, Mika will lead efforts to help clients develop and implement sustainability strategies and roadmaps that drive positive environmental and social impact. Her expertise will support businesses in addressing climate risk, materiality assessments, goal setting and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) strategy development.
Based in Hong Kong, China, she will continue to report to Matt Clifford, Head of Sustainability & ESG, Asia Pacific.

Mika's extensive expertise in corporate sustainability, policy development, project management, consulting, education and training enables her to collaborate with global and regional clients to develop cohesive and practical carbon reduction strategies across portfolios, significantly benefiting Cushman & Wakefield by enhancing the firm’s sustainability initiatives and strengthening its market position.
During her time with the U.S. Green Building Council, she played a pivotal role in expanding the presence of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) across Asia Pacific, and later led sustainability initiatives for WeWork in Greater China. A WELL AP, LEED AP and RESET AP, Mika is also a member of the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) Health Equity Advisory Group.
