The hotel Hotel Kyriad Andorra Comtes d'Urgell, so far owned by Daguisa Hotels Group, has been acquired by Soldeu Hotels SA, in an operation valued at 7.85 million euros. The hotel currently has 169 rooms, so the price per room has been € 46,500. Soldeu Hotels owns several hotels in operation in the Principality and its majority shareholder is the Montané family business group. The company that will manage the hotel so effective is Hotansa, perte ne enough to the same business group. At the moment, Ho tansa manages 15 hotel establishments and various restaurants in Andorra.
The Principality of Andorra has 235 hotel establishments of which 33 of them are located in the parish of Escaldes - Engordany representing 14% of the total supply of the country.

Cushman & Wakefield announced the launch of its new hotel consulting division for the Spanish market in early 201 9, led by partners and co-directors of the firm Albert Grau and Bruno Hallé.
