Santiago Cerezo joins C&W as partner and co-director in Asset Services

Santiago Cerezo joins Cushman & Wakefield Spain as a partner and co-director of Business Space Property Management in the Asset Services department, where he will be part of a team of 150 professionals led by Rafael Mateu, director of the department.

From this position Santiago will lead the Property Management service related to Offices and Logistics in Madrid.

Previously, Santiago Cerezo led for almost 20 years the area of Office Property Management, industrial and logistics at CBRE Madrid.

With this addition, Cushman & Wakefield and its Asset Services department continues to attract the main professionals in the sector in Spain. According to Cerezo, "it is a pride to be able to join a team as recognized as Cushman & Wakefield, with a very promising trajectory and future prospects".

For his part, Rafael Mateu, assures that "the incorporation of Santiago is a great leap in quality at all levels and confirms the capacity to attract talent that Cushman & Wakefield has".
