Eduardo Bañuelos joins Cushman & Wakefield as a Partner to lead the newly created area of Private Wealth in Spain.
He joins as a partner, and is based in the Madrid office and will work directly with all business areas reporting to the General Management of the company.
Previously, Eduardo Bañuelos has developed for more than 16 years the work of Head of Real Estate within UBS External Link Wealth Management, offering intermediation and consulting services to the bank's private clients. Eduardo is no stranger to Cushman & Wakefield External Link as prior to UBS, he was part of the company for 6 years on the Capital Markets team.
With this return to what was its home, Cushman & Wakefield takes an important step in transferring its wide range of services to the segment of private clients in Spain, covering all types of assets and geographies.
