The first of these warehouses are located in the Vila-rodona logistics park, a strategic space that is already home to renowned tenants such as Eurofred and EGD Logistics. With areas of 10,165 m2 and 17,031 m2, they offer quick access to the AP-2, facilitating national distribution, and to the AP-7 to reach national and international markets.
In the area of El Pla de Santa Maria, also in Tarragona, a refurbished 40,562 m2 warehouse is for sale, divisible into two modules, with BREEAM Very Good certification and in line with ESG criteria. Its location is ideal for large-scale logistics operations, thanks to direct access to the AP-2 motorway.
In addition, Cushman & Wakefield and Forcadell will market a turnkey project in Bràfim, Tarragona. This project, designed to adapt to the specific needs of the tenant, promises high standards of quality and sustainability in an area of up to 27,262 m2, and with a privileged location that provides direct access to the AP-2 and proximity to the AP-7.
