London, 1 July 2024 – Global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Anthony Dixon as Head of Living Land and Development.
Dixon joins from independent property consultancy Allsop, where he spent the last 14 years in the Residential Transactional and Living Markets team providing disposal, acquisition, and development advice to a wide range of clients.
At Cushman & Wakefield, Dixon will lead development and land transactions, and advise clients across the Living sectors, including all tenures of residential, senior living, PBSA and co-living. He will report to David Haynes, Head of UK Specialist Markets and work alongside Head of Living, Charles Whitworth, as well as Paul Wickenden, Jim Cooper, and Declan Pope in the Living Land and Development team.

As part of its ongoing Living sector expansion, Cushman & Wakefield recently announced the appointments of Mike Gorman, who joins later in the year to lead Residential Capital Markets activity across the UK’s core regional markets, and Jack Wagner as an Associate in the Residential Capital Markets team. Emily Fox and John Freker have also joined as Partners in Residential Valuation & Advisory and Student Accommodation investment, respectively.
