Charles is head of Cushman & Wakefield’s UK residential business, which forms part of the UK Specialist Markets Division.

With over 30 years’ experience in the London and South East development markets he provides strategic consultancy and transactional advice to landowners and developers on large scale brownfield land and residential led mixed-use redevelopment projects. Charles has a specific focus on joint ventures and partnerships. He has advised on the transfer of 11 residential led projects into St William the 50/50 joint venture between National Grid and Berkeley Homes. He has also advised SGN on the selection of development partners across 7 high value assets which collectively will deliver in excess of 3,000 homes.

Charles has client management responsibility for corporate clients and developers.
