Tim leads the Retail Logistics team for Cushman & Wakefield in EMEA; working closely with the retail and logistics teams, to provide specialist advice for supply chain and logistics with a core focus on logistics property.

Primary areas of focus are on retail customer profiling and catchment analysis, socio-economic profiling, labour analytics, location strategy for supply/logistics networks, network design, logistics facility design, acquisition, development and funding.

Tim specialises in the acquisition, design, specification and construction of new logistics and fulfilment buildings.

Clients are e-commerce and retail businesses but Tim also works with a number of manufacturing businesses looking at how they pivot to offer DTC.
