The marketplace, a concept promoted by Gustavo García Brusilovsky, also founder of BuyVIP, will open its first physical store over the next weeks. Specifically, the flagship proyect will be installed on the ground floor of the Zielo shopping center in Pozuelo in a commercial area of 370 square meters, whcih have been occupied before by Zara Kids. Fashionalia pretends to create a space where the customer can discover both brands with a new shopping experience that combines the advantages of online shopping whitin a a physical store. In the new store, each brand will have a dedicated space of about 10 square meters, where Fashionalia will display the 'bestseller' products.
Consumers are able to buy each pieces through iPads or smartphones given in the shop. This items will be delivered at least 60 minutes where the consumer chooses.
Cushman & Wakefield has been in charge of advising Fashionalia in their move to offline, finding and leasing the new local.
Fashionalia, which started in 2017, currently distributes more than 130 fashion and lifestyle brands, both Spanish and foreign, and it has reached 12,000 sales in 2018.
