Cushman & Wakefield has been chosen on a co-exclusive basis to market this last phase.
Iberdrola Inmobiliaria promotes its BcnFira District business park, the largest office complex under development in Barcelona. The company begins the commercialization of the Torre Llevant and Torre Ponent towers, which represent the second and last phase of this project with 48,000 sqm.
Iberdrola maintains the expected delivery date for 2021, making it one of the few promotions in Spain that continues with the project initially planned.
The business park, made up entirely of four newly built buildings totaling 91,100 sqm, has already become the heart of the new business area in the south of Barcelona, thanks to the full occupation of Torre Esteve and Torre Auditori, completed in 2017 and 2013, respectively.
Given the interest in this business park, Cellnex Telecom has already pre-rented some 10,000 sqm at Torre Llevant, where the telecommunications infrastructure operator will move its new corporate offices in Barcelona at the end of 2021.
High level of sustainability and services
BcnFira District has a high level of sustainability, certified by BREEAM, and in this second phase it raises the level of certification to reach the “excellent” level.
In addition, both towers that complete the project are registered to obtain the wellness certificate from the WELL Building Institute, to reach the “gold” level. Each one has 21 identical floors of about 1,260 sqm, completely open-plan thanks to their pillar configuration on the facade.
