The Concept company has arrived in Madrid. The firm, from Marbella, specializing in multi-brand luxury men's and women's fashion, set up shop at 23 Ortega y Gasset Street in Madrid in an establishment of almost 500 sq m spread over three floors.
In the new establishment, which is the company's first concept store and flagship in Spain, it will share a section in Ortega y Gasset with operators such as Valentino, Chanel, Celine or IWC. The latter also entered the hand of Cushman & Wakefield in the call e in December 2019. The premises are located in one of the most important commercial areas of the capital and until now it had been occupied by the luxury firm La Perla. Cushman & Wakefield has been commissioned to broker the operation that consolidates the portfolio of assets managed by the Real Estate team of A&G Banca Privada .
"The opening of the new The Concept store in Madrid is an indicator that the firms continue their expansion plans even with the situation we are experiencing," explains Ignacio Acha , retail partner at Cushman & Wakefield in Spain. This operation is the second transaction brokered in the prime stretch of Ortega y Gasset in the course of a year. "C&W has been the protagonist of the street during the last two years, signing the largest amount of square meters in this section of the road" he adds.
