01 The Opportunity
The opportunity to work with Grupo Primavera arises through the ideas competition that emerges to address the Company's need to adapt a very special space for its offices in Madrid, but above all, to find a partner who will help them make their motto "Together we grow" a reality.
Thus, after carefully studying the client's requirements, a value proposition will be prepared that includes occupancy models according to different flexible scenarios, a space program based on Activity Based Working, and a design concept that allows reflecting the Company's identity, promoting sustainability, and minimizing space divisions to create a flowing environment that fosters interpersonal relationships.
02 The Solution
We developed a design with organic inspiration that translated into the space, promoting the interconnection of people. The starting point is to generate areas for different work styles, where barriers blur and different spaces coexist. The uniqueness of the building, resembling a greenhouse with a clear height of up to 12m, presents various challenges that are addressed with a singular element that structures, organizes, equips, and enhances the space, offering meeting capsules or concentration areas within the large open space.
In this way, we manage to bring greater dynamism to the space without interrupting the flow of natural light. Sustainability and nature will always be present in the project development, opting for recycled materials, efficient and sustainable installations, and incorporating natural vegetation throughout the entire floor area.
03 The Results
The result is a disruptive office that fosters interaction and fluidity, reflecting the identity, values, and culture of Grupo Primavera. Its uniqueness begins with the chosen space and extends through the organic design, but it also resides in the variety of interconnected spaces and the blend of different environments with natural elements.
