About the Team
Jason Hochman and Ron Granite are members and partners of Cushman & Wakefield's South Florida Capital Markets Team and part of Cushman & Wakefield's national Equity, Debt and Structured Finance (EDSF) platform. They are exclusively dedicated to assisting clients and property owners across the state of Florida with procurement of permanent, bridge and construction financing as well as joint venture equity investments for all asset classes.
The team is unique in that it has decades of experience in capital markets brokerage along with prior long careers working for both public and private real estate investment firms. They take pride in being proactive, value-add advisors to clients who can benefit from their experience and capital markets relationships.
