6 Multi - ownership assets strategies. Sale/Purchase agreements
- Represented the majority seller in a complex sale/purchase agreement of 24 co-owners SC Parque Corredor in Madrid
- Negotiated the purchase of 5 minority (private) owners, separately
- Obtained the approval of all the 24 co-owners to carry out all improvements in the asset (condition for the purchase)
- Designed the business plan that convinced the retailers to believe in the project
