About
David is the head of the European Investment Strategy team based in the Cushman & Wakefield Cross Border Capital Markets group.
His main area of responsibility is in producing and managing investment and strategy research on behalf of the firm and our clients.
He is editor to a number of the firm’s international capital markets publications and has a wide range of experience supporting both development and investment decision making with economic and property market analysis, risk and return analysis and strategy development.
Recent successes for David and his team have included work on sales and acquisition strategies for a range of clients across the region as well as the development of a global investment strategy for a Sovereign Wealth Fund, supporting strategy development for an IPO in Asia and developing strategy to assist a fund raising in Europe.

David is a board member on the ULI’s UK Executive Committee, responsible for research, and also a member of the Pan European Property Common Interest Group (PEPCIG), a forum for leading international researchers and the Society for Property Researchers. He previously sat on a CBI working party on energy efficiency, worked on a government review of UK lease structures and chaired a working party looking at the impact of government structures for London on behalf of the British Council for Offices.
