Brett Abrams is the Head of Portfolio Administration within Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. Based in Chicago, he oversees all service delivery and operations within the service line. Brett handles all aspects of the business with a focus on business development, globalization, P&L management, integrated service offerings, operational excellence, technology, innovation, and overall growth.
As Head of Portfolio Administration for Cushman & Wakefield, Brett Abrams serves in a leadership role for both Portfolio Administration and Global Occupier Services. In addition to his day to day responsibilities for Portfolio Administration, Brett serves in an advisory capacity to the Strategic Consulting group, as well as the global operations group within the firm.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Brett spent 3 years at JLL where he held positions in operations, business intelligence and strategic consulting.
Throughout his career, Brett has excelled in gauging the financial position and improving the operational efficiency of a company. He eagerly embraces new challenges, especially those that entail group management and P&L responsibility, and designs focused solutions that help fuel growth globally. Brett blends a strong, foundational knowledge of accounting and business management principles with a consultant’s skill set in consistently delivering superior value to clients and improving key work processes. He is also well-versed in business intelligence tools and methodologies, large organizational data sets, portfolio administration technologies and processes, workplace optimization strategies, and complex real estate issues.
In implementing an integrated advisor-led approach, Brett is poised to scale operations, broaden the company’s service offerings, and explore new avenues of value creation for clients. His ability to simplify financial, business, and organizational data elements, articulate ROI on initiatives, develop tools, and minimize financial risk will ensure that the company is on pace to achieve its revenue goals.
