Mr. Dorros brings over 30 years of Capital Markets experience to Cushman & Wakefield and has been responsible for over $45 billion in Sale & Advisory assignments.

Prior to C&W Dave spent 14 years with CBRE, where he created and founded the National Loan & Portfolio Sales Group, advising institutions on the sale of single assets and, portfolios of their commercial real estate holdings. During the financial crisis Mr. Dorros was an advisor to the FDIC and led over 110 assignments on their behalf.

Known throughout the industry, Mr. Dorros has completed some of the industry’s largest and most landmark sales and advisory assignments to date encompassing all product types and geography including transactions in all 50 states, Puerto Rico, Canada, and Mexico.
