David Scherer is part of Cushman & Wakefield’s Medical Real Estate Advisors Team, which is one of the most experienced medical real estate brokerage teams in the U.S. Together, the team has over 60 years of combined experience, has completed over 2.1 million square feet of medical real estate transactions and has produced over $2 billion in transaction value. The team also is a leading group in the nationally recognized Cushman & Wakefield’s National Healthcare Advisory Platform, which has significant resources that our team leverages for the benefit of our clients.
Our targeted services include representing medical practices and entities located in multiple states, strategic landlord agency work and the procurement of off-market medical office and ASC properties for the team’s investment clients. While not a primary focus, the group has extensive experience working with hospital systems and university medical schools.
