Jason McCormick is a Senior Consultant in Cushman & Wakefield’s Logistics & Industrial Consulting group. Jason leads projects related to location strategy, site selection, supply chain optimization, and labor market analytics. With a proven track record of developing expert, data-driven recommendations, Jason leverages his knowledge of supply chain and workforce evaluations to mitigate operational risks for his clients. Over his career, he has worked on projects that resulted in over $5 billion in capital expenditures across North America. Jason serves as the principal consultant for C&W’s Supply Chain Optimization Center of Excellence in the Americas.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Jason worked in valuation & advisory services for JLL, where he gained experience completing appraisals for a variety of asset types. A graduate of Florida State University, he holds an MBA and bachelor’s degrees in Real Estate and Professional Sales. During his studies, Jason served as the Collins Fellow for the FSU Real Estate Center and was an NCAA Scholar All-American as a member of the FSU Swimming team. Based in Tampa, FL, he is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Florida and serves on the Ambassador Board of Metropolitan Ministries.
