Joseph Lentz serves as Senior Director of Cushman & Wakefield’s Florida Land Advisory Team which focuses on acquisition and disposition services for every property type and size – from infill sites to thousand-acre tracts. Joseph is based in Jacksonville with a team coverage area that spans West/North/Central Florida. In total, the state-wide team has completed more than 375 land transactions representing 41,550+ acres and $2.35+ Billion in land transaction volume. Our sales strategy offers clients a structured and controlled competitive bid process, specifically tailored to the needs of landowners and the local market. Joseph brings experience with master planned communities, major national builders, multifamily, commercial and healthcare development
Mr. Lentz’s interest in working with master planned communities led to his involvement with the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and Association of Florida Community Developers (AFCD).
He is a Jacksonville native and received his Business Administration degree from the University of North Florida.
