Ken Reiff, SIOR has over 28 years in commercial real estate. Ken is consistently a top producer and seven-time nominee for Broker of the Year in the Industrial and Land categories by the Sacramento Association of Commercial Real Estate Organization. He specialized in industrial distribution warehouse space and food processing facilities and represents many of the largest food manufacturers in the region.
He specifically focuses on representing the industrial real estate needs and interest for clients, including lease and sale negotiations, strategic planning, site selection, development, and logistics for distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, and food-grade facilities. Ken has extensive experience in REO Sales completing over 110 transactions representing 33 financial institutions and Trustees in Federal Bankruptcy Court.
Ken Co-Leads Cushman & Wakefield's Food and Beverage Advisory Group which offers clients in the food manufacturing, cold storage, and food supply chain support spanning the real estate spectrum from production to point of sale.
In addition Ken has served on Cushman & Wakefield's Industrial Executive Board and is also actively involved in the firm's Land Advisory Group, which focuses on collaborating and sharing best practices for industrial, commercial and agricultural land. He also is a member of Cushman & Wakefield's Global Supply Chain Solutions Group, enhancing his capabilities in advising clients on supply-chain solutions.
