Kirk Kuller, Senior Director within Cushman & Wakefield’s National Industrial Advisory Group (IAG), brings almost 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. He partners with Will Strong and covers the Mountain West Region for IAG and represents developers, institutions and high net worth clients in the acquisition and disposition of industrial investment properties. Additionally, Kirk co-leads the joint venture equity placement business with IAG.

Previously, Kirk was a Managing Director at Mark-Taylor Residential where he established a capital markets platform, sourced joint venture equity for both development and acquisitions, and oversaw a portfolio of assets valued at more than $1B. In this role, he had operational oversight and advised clients on strategies to maximize financial performance. Clients included Goldman Sachs, UBS, MetLife, and Trammel Crow Companies.

Prior to this, he was a Vice President in Investment Sales at Colliers International where he primarily focused on office, medical office, industrial, retail, and data centers. Earlier in his career, he led the Southwest region of the CBRE Financial Consulting Group and was responsible for the underwriting and financial structuring of over 350M SF with an aggregate value of over $50B.
