Ryan Berlinsky is a Senior analyst for Colicchio Consulting, Cushman & Wakefield’s Specialty Food & Beverage, Entertainment & Hospitality Consulting team. The team focuses on advising developers, property owners and asset managers nationwide on the critical need to strategically program communal spaces to include authentic food and beverage offerings, markets, beer gardens, rooftop experiences, and expertly curated food hall projects. Ryan joined the team in August of 2021 and is primarily responsible for project pro forma underwriting, due diligence, data collection and interpretation.

Prior to joining the Colicchio Consulting team, Ryan spent time at Butler Hospitality where he led leasing efforts as part of the company’s nationwide expansion.

Ryan is a graduate of The School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration and a minor in Real Estate.
