Professional Expertise

Ching-Ting Wang is the Director of Texas Research, driving commercial real estate research strategy and initiatives throughout the state. She oversees research teams in Austin, Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, and San Antonio and partners closely with her team to provide in-depth, timely market intel and analysis. Her team supports brokers across all service lines and property types, aiding them in business development efforts and client consultation.

Ching-Ting previously worked with CoStar Group in several key research roles. She served as Senior Research Manager for the company’s Richmond, VA, office, where she oversaw their Arizona, Idaho and Las Vegas markets. While working in CoStar’s Washington D.C. office, she managed the research of sales transactions totaling $10 million and up. She also moved to London as part of CoStar’s Research Exchange Program, where she was instrumental in establishing the company’s London office. Prior to her time with CoStar, Ching-Ting worked as a Research Director at National Property Valuation Advisors, where her team researched and wrote market analysis pieces used in commercial real estate appraisal reports.
