Danielle Grimelli is a Senior Research Analyst at Cushman and Wakefield, responsible for the Baltimore region, having joined the company in July 2021. Danielle is a United States Army veteran, with an extensive research and analytical background. She spent five years at CoStar as a Market Analyst and was previously an Intelligence Analyst during her service in the Army. She holds dual undergraduate degrees in Political Science and Psychology from Northern Illinois University. Danielle lives in Maryland, has an interest in learning new languages, enjoys the outdoors and volunteering, and is completing the Applied Data Science Program through MIT for professionals.
