Scott Garlick is Managing Principal for Cushman & Wakefield’s Tampa office.

In this role, Scott has direct oversight of over 250 professionals and all aspects of the firm’s business in the Tampa Bay market, which encompasses the Tampa-St. Petersburg-Clearwater MSA and beyond. His responsibilities include leading strategic growth and business development efforts, while overseeing the firm’s various service lines, including agency leasing, tenant representation, capital markets, debt and equity, asset services, valuation and advisory, and project and development services.

In addition to serving as Managing Principal, Scott is a market-leading broker specializing in the tenant representation with the firm’s Office Brokers Services Group. Scott and his partner John Fish represent tenants at both the local and national level in lease negotiations.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2007, Scott spent 12 years playing professional soccer in the United States and abroad. His accomplishments include MLS Cup Championships and All-Star designations, and he played for such teams as DC United and the Tampa Bay Mutiny, among others. He finished his career in the top five of nearly every major statistical category in MLS Soccer history.
