Disposant de presque 30 ans d’expérience en immobilier d’entreprise, Thierry Laborderie a pour mission l'animation du département Grands Projets, composé de professionnels aguerris de la commercialisation de grands projets d’immobilier de bureaux et du pilotage de transactions supérieures à 5 000 m². Il conseille de grands propriétaires dans leur stratégie de commercialisation et accompagne de grandes entreprises sur leurs stratégies d’implantation.

Il a notamment été le conseil de grands groupes comme la SNCF, Publicis, TF1, AXA, GEFCO, Club Med, Société Générale, JC DECAUX, LVMH, etc.

Thierry Laborderie est diplômé en Administration Publique de l’IRA de Nantes et d’une Maîtrise de Droit Public à l’Université du Maine. Il est également diplômé de l’EM Lyon cycle de management du Groupe Bouygues.
