Eva Garza is a Senior Managing Director at Cushman and Wakefield’s and spearheads the Total Workplace team across Florida. Eva is an innate innovator whose practice is focused on helping clients identify the most beneficial workplace strategy for their business while building consensus among key stakeholders. With over two decades of corporate real estate experience and background in architecture, change management, and economic development, Eva excels in creating impactful plans. Her ability to seamlessly integrate business processes with design principles has enabled her to successfully implement global standards for Fortune 100 and 500 companies, while optimizing and future-proofing client workspaces.
Eva previously led JLL’s Workplace Markets team across the Southeast region. She previously served as consulting lead for HOK’s Southeast region where she supported large multinational clients, government entities and non-for-profit organizations.
Eva attained a Master’s in City and Regional Planning with concentration in Economic Development from The University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon. She is a Prosci Change Management Certified professional, an AICP with the American Planning Association and a LEED A.P. with the United States Green Building Council.
Eva’s background and global experience has allowed her to successfully roll-out portfolio-wide strategies across North America, Latin America and EMEA. In her free time, she volunteers for The University of Pennsylvania.
