Cushman & Wakefield received an award in the main category at the CEE Retail Awards for the second year in a row. The jury recognised the firm’s outstanding performance, including its iconic portfolio of commercialised properties, strong tenant network, and comprehensive suite of services. Rynek magazynowy, choć względnie młody, również potrzebuje optymalizacji

CH Plejada Sosnowiec: przedłużone umowy najmu i zapowiedź dużych zmian na 2025 rok

CH Plejada w Sosnowcu może podsumować ostatnie półrocze jako wyjątkowo udane pod względem renegocjacji umów najmu.
